VoltCycle Source privacy policy
Effective date: October 12, 2026
Information submitted
When you use an inquiry form, you may provide your name, work email, company, phone, product and configuration needs, quantity, destination, delivery timing, documents, inspection scope, optional budget, supplier preference, and other procurement details. Avoid sending payment data or unnecessary personal information.
How information is used
Information is used to review a procurement brief, ask clarifying questions, organize candidate supplier outreach, compare responses, coordinate evidence requests, and communicate about the inquiry. A supplier preference describes buyer priorities and is not a verified rating.
Sharing and retention
Relevant requirement information may be shared with candidate suppliers or service providers where needed for the requested sourcing work. Do not submit confidential drawings or files through a capability that the site does not provide; arrange an appropriate handoff after contact. Retention depends on operational and legal needs.
Local browser storage
The sourcing benefit component uses local storage to remember its first display time for no more than seven days and session storage to remember a ticker dismissal during the current browser session. These controls do not extend the display window.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit an inquiry. You may request correction or deletion through an established follow-up channel after an inquiry. Because no public contact asset is configured for this site, we do not publish invented email, phone, or postal details.
Security and limits
Reasonable handling practices cannot make internet transmission risk-free. Regulatory, import, registration, and product-suitability decisions remain separate from this privacy policy and require qualified review.
