Independent sourcing role

VoltCycle Source provides buyer-side requirement clarification, candidate supplier outreach, quotation organization, and procurement coordination. We do not manufacture electric bikes, represent vehicle brands, import vehicles of record, grant certifications, insure purchases, lend funds, carry freight, or perform customs-broker services.

Information and quotations

Product descriptions and specification fields are for inquiry preparation. Availability, configuration, price, minimum order quantity, sample terms, tooling, lead time, documents, packing, freight, duty, and destination costs require a current supplier quotation. Buyers must compare offers using the same specification, quantity, destination, currency, Incoterm, inspection scope, and document requirements.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for supplier due diligence, technical acceptance, samples, inspections, contracts, payment, import decisions, battery transport review, regulatory advice, registration, insurance, and destination-side use. Exact-model evidence must be reviewed by qualified parties; family-level information does not prove applicability.

No guarantee

We do not warrant supplier performance, product suitability, compliance acceptance, stock, delivery dates, savings, or business results. The sourcing benefit is subject to the eligibility language displayed on the site.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, confidential third-party, or unsafe requirements. You must have authority to provide company and project information. These terms may be updated for future use; the effective date identifies this version.
